  I came in around 1pm for a burrito, asada with everything. Everything includes lettuce, sour creme, rice, beans? and meat. I can't remember if it had beans but was really good. Specifically the asada was delicious, probably carried the burritos taste.  $8 was the damage, a little pricy but for where it's at not bad.   The place didn't seem too busy at this time, I was served chips and salsa. Everything seemed pretty fresh.  I think the only thing keeping it from 5 stars for me is the price but it's really not bad. The food here is good  :)

  Update:
  Today my wife and I came here for the 4th and final time around noon.
  A large bug flew into my face as soon as we walked in.
  Crawled across my nose from one eye to the other.
  I picked it off my face and threw it bouncing off the table and on the floor once we sat down.
  
  I ordered a lunch special with beef burrito.
  All I got was a burrito. And the beef was something you would find in one of those frozen store bought cheap skimpy kind.
  Shredded little quantity. It didn't taste that great either.
  No rice, beans or lettuce with sour cream and guacamole.
  Just a burrito on a plate.  My order was given to me wrong once again.
  
  My wife got her usual wet chicken burrito no beans add sour cream and guacamole. The waitress for got the sour cream.
  And we made fun of the fact that neither of us asked for straws, yet 2 were left on the table.
  She didn't even eat half of her food because she said "it wasn't good."
  This being the 1st thing she ate since the day before.
  
  To top things off, there was a group of 4 guys near us that were soooooo loud the waitress should have asked them to be quiet.
  I would of but, my wife said not to.
  I would have chosen 4 screaming brat kids compared to these guys.
  We didn't even wait for the bill. Paid upfront and left.
  
  I have to thank my wife for the chance of never going back here.
  Zero.  
  The food, service, environment and the lack of curbing other customers disrespectfulness......
  I'm not making any of this up.

  Well service sucks. Took 20 minutes to get order taken. Waitress rolled her eyes at my girlfriend asked for more water. Speaking of water tostada salad had water in the bottom. A lot of water.... my fajita were ok.    Still have not been asked how anything was. Watched another table send drinks and food back twice. I guess I would say the new owners have brought this place down...

  I have been to the Sarita's in Monterey food was better but their wait time is ridiculous!! Now... here in Prunedale I came with my husband ordered through the phone repeated twice the order came in and still got the order wrong so we decided to stay in and eat there since we had to wait I ordered an orchata drink and there was a hair! Not going to lie it has a dirty vibe this restaurant ... and the lady that helped us seemed bothered like she didn't want to help us but lady it's not my fault you got the ordered wrong plus hairs in your drinks!not coming back

  I used to come here a lot a few years back.  It has changed!  This is my second attempt to enjoy this play in the last month and both times were a fail.  Tonight was worse.  The waitresses were very inattentive.  At least the cook was nice.(I had to get up and go to the counter to ask the waitress for the tortillas that were supposed to come with dinner.  Then I had to get up again and ask the cook.  He made them quickly and politely handed them to me.  Even though the cook was nice, I will not be going back. Very disappointed to say the least.
